Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Fort Myers to support store management, drive store execution and maintain a culture of excellent customer service. You will lead on shifts when managers are not onsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.

You will supervise the store crew, assist customers with questions, merchandise products, price items, stock shelves and maintain store displays while upholding company policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff and supervise crew; assign, direct and follow up on activities.

• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and seasonal promotions.
