Job summary

The Retail Center Shift Supervisor at Goodwill of Colorado will lead day-to-day operations across the retail center, ensuring safety, customer focus, product flow, and aesthetics. This role requires open availability including evenings and weekends, with shifts starting as early as 7 am and ending as late as 10 pm.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory processes, and support customer service initiatives while preparing for career growth within Goodwill's Retail Division.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail or similar settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Familiarity with inventory, pricing, and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the retail center operations and address safety, customer experience, product flow and store aesthetics.
• Manage breaks, address call-offs, coach staff, and participate in reviews as needed.
• Open/close procedures, verify daily sales reports, count drawers and handle cash accurately.
• Assist with inventory processes by counting, entering, and verifying items.
