Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Retail Center Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across the store and coach teams. This full-time role requires open availability including evenings and weekends; shifts may run as early as 7 am and as late as 10 pm.

The position includes responsibilities for safety, customer service, product flow, and staff development, with opportunities for career growth within Goodwill's Retail Division.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years retail supervisory experience desired.
• Supervisory experience in retail or similar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail center and address safety, customer focus, product flow, and aesthetics.
• Lead and coach staff; manage breaks; address call-offs; participate in reviews and terminations as needed.
• Open/close procedures assistance; verify daily sales reports; count drawers; handle cash/change.
• Ensure customer service is prioritized; escalate complaints; coordinate donor acceptance at ADCs.
• Assist in inventory processes; ensure E-Commerce product moves accurately to online channels.
