Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales of pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms with customers.
• Open and close store procedures; supervise and coach store Team Members.
• Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement.
