Job summary

EZCORP is hiring for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. You will supervise team members, promote sales, process pawn loans, and ensure smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. We offer training, competitive pay of $17–$18 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, and ample opportunity for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual a plus.
