Tommy’s Express in Lowell, MI is hiring for a Shift Lead. This role offers both part-time and full-time options, with responsibilities that include leading the team, delivering exceptional guest service, opening/closing wash operations, and maintaining site readiness.

Ideal candidates are reliable, flexible, and comfortable with technology, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive guest experience daily.

Qualifications

• Must display positive leadership and teamwork.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using hardware and software for point-of-sale and check-in.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and flexibility in scheduling and duties.
