Tommy’s Express in Michigan is looking for a proactive Shift Lead to energize the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll supervise the crew during shifts, assist with training, and help manage daily operations at the car wash.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours, with weekend availability and a fast-paced, team-first environment that values growth, reliability, and customer service excellence.
