Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, while promoting sales and making deals for pawn items.
• Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Open and close store procedures.
