EZCORP's Value Pawn & Jewelry division in Gainesville, FL is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to train staff, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team with opportunities to advance and earn competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits.

The role includes leading opening/closing duties, coaching associates, processing loans, and negotiating terms with customers while maintaining a high standard of integrity and customer focus in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.
• Sales background, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for pawn items.
• Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement.
• Provide a friendly, courteous environment that differentiates EZPAWN from competitors.
• Open and close store procedures and supervise staff.
• Process loans and extensions; negotiate terms with customers.
