Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor who will support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a welcoming environment for CVS customers.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and flexibility to work mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and safety standards.
• Merchandise, price and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms and seasonal changes.
