Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail operations or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficiency with calculator and computer equipment.
• Ability to work with a team across different roles and levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and general store operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store standards.
