Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/key holder/shift lead or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Process loans and extensions.
• Arrive at jointly satisfactory terms for pawned items.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote sales across pawn items.
