Job summary

EZCORP, through its EZPAWN brand, is hiring for a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) in Las Vegas, NV. You will supervise team members, process loans and extensions, and promote sales of pawn items while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, 1 year of supervisory experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
