Job summary

EZCORP is hiring for Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) to lead a team, process pawn loans, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Training programs and a clear career path provide opportunities to advance to Store Manager in Training.

Compensation includes a base pay range based on experience (approximately $16.00–$17.50 per hour) plus generous bonuses, benefits, and a 5-week paid training program with a raise upon completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bilingual is a plus.
