Job summary

Max Pawn seeks a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) in Las Vegas to lead sales, manage pawn operations, and coach team members. You will build strong customer relationships, promote a wide range of pawn items, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced store culture.

The role requires supervisory experience, solid leadership, and excellent communication. A strong knowledge of pawn items is a plus; bilingual skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities
