Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain store standards during assigned shifts. This position involves training team members, managing inventory, processing cash transactions, and fostering a positive work environment.

Walk-in interviews are held weekdays from 11am to 4pm inside our travel center (Sbarro) located at 10100 US 59, Shepherd, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership capabilities with effective team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during the shift, ensuring staff members are on task and performing well.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
