Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI, seeks a full-time Retail Services Ambassador to deliver a welcoming gift shop experience for patients, families, staff and visitors. Responsibilities include in-person, online, and phone interactions, and maintaining inventory.

You will operate a computerized POS system, handle transactions, and support store operations while upholding a clean, organized environment. This role emphasizes customer service and efficient daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Technical degree or post high school education (Preferred)
• One year of retail experience (Required)
• Three years of retail experience (Preferred)

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with a rotating weekend schedule. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
