Job summary

UW Health East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI, is seeking a part-time Guest Services Specialist. Schedule is 4:30pm–9:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays, 23% FTE; hours may vary based on department needs.

You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff to deliver a remarkable patient and family experience. The position requires a High School Diploma and at least six months of customer service, administrative support, or retail experience.
