Job summary

University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority in Madison seeks a Retail Services Ambassador to create a welcoming gift shop experience for patients, families, staff and visitors, handling in-person, online, and phone interactions.

You will operate a computerized POS, manage inventory and profitability, and perform transactions while keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized. This is a full-time role with a varied schedule to support department needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Technical degree or post high school education (Preferred).

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with a rotating weekend schedule. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
