Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Retail Service Specialist in California to deliver Legendary Service, cross-sell products, and support travel planning. The role includes notary duties where offered, DMV services, and cash handling in a busy branch setting.

You’ll work a Mon–Fri schedule with Saturdays as required, aiming to meet sales targets while ensuring top-tier customer care and teamwork within the AAA network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service environments.
• Proven ability to exceed sales or service quality goals.
• Notary license required or to be obtained within 12 months.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office basics.
• Available to work Monday–Friday with Saturdays as needed per branch.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers, determine needs, provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV services and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals for AAA products and services with incentives.
• Prepare and provide travel materials and routing information.
• Issue passport photos and manage payments with receipts; balance cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and provide destination info.
