Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Notary license required or obtainable within 1 year where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers, determine needs and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services (incentives available).
• Prepare and provide TripTik travel routings, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments, provide receipts, and balance cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and provide travel destination information.
