Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in California to deliver legendary service, cross-sell and upsell AAA products, and support a collaborative team. You will greet members, handle DMV licenses and notary services where allowed, and help customers with travel arrangements and purchases.

The role involves achieving sales/service goals, processing payments, and contributing to a positive member experience. Starting pay is $22.00–$23.00 per hour with incentives.

Formación

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Notary license required or obtainable within 1 year.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Available Monday–Friday during office hours, and Saturdays per branch requirements.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Notary Public must be obtained within 1 year.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all members and customers, determine their need and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals (and earn incentives!) for multiple AAA products and services.
• Prepare TripTik travel routings, marked road maps and other travel-related materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments, provide accurate change and receipts; balance cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and provide travel destination information.
