Job summary

Michaels in Pottstown is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers with locating products while ensuring a fast checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain store standards to keep aisles organized and in stock.

Responsibilities include engaging customers in the Rewards program, supporting omnichannel options like BOPIS and SFS, and cross-training in Custom Framing.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollments and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms.
• Complete merchandise recovery and stock/return flows.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP compliance.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
