Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Customer Service Associate II. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock merchandise, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and prior retail or service experience. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand and move for extended periods, and demonstrate strong communication and math skills. This is a part-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Stock and merchandise as needed and keep areas neat.
• Maintain clean store including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and safe environment.
• Handle sales transactions and protect cash/assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
