Job description

Retail Service Specialist

We are looking for someone who will thrive in a sales and service environment by cross-selling and upselling products. This is an exciting career opportunity in our branch network and ideal for candidates intent on providing excellent customer service and who understand the importance of teamwork.

Business hours are Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm.

Responsibilities

1. Greet all members and customers, determine their need and provide Legendary Service
2. Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services
3. Reach sales and service goals (and earn incentives!) for multiple AAA products and services
4. Preparing and providing TripTik travel routings, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials
5. Issue passport photos
6. Accept payments for the various products, provide accurate change and receipts; balance and reconcile cash drawer
7. Make hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination information

Qualifications

1. Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment
2. Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
3. Must be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license
4. Experience with Microsoft Office basics
5. Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays
6. Ability to travel locally when necessary
7. A high school diploma or GED
