Job summary

Galls, LLC in Seattle seeks a Branch Service Representative for full-time employment. You will collaborate with Branch Manager and sales teams to schedule on-site fittings and service calls, while performing in-store tasks when not on-field.

This role requires weekly vehicle stocking and travel to customer sites as needed. Focus is on delivering top-tier customer satisfaction, handling vendor interactions, and supporting branch activities.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of Galls business and product categories preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage territory; strong time-management and drive required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail; must be able to multi-task.
• Proficient in internet and Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Branch Manager, Outside Sales Executives, Inside Sales Account Representatives, and other Galls teams in assigned territory to schedule on-site fittings or other customer related activities
• Work within the store (branch) when not performing retail field tasks
• Stock vehicle with necessary equipment on a weekly or periodic basis
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Ability to travel extensively for customer appointments, including some overnight travel
• Works with manufacturer's representatives from vendor community
• May work with and provide information to Galls branch locations in territory to enable strong customer service
• Maintains active involvement with customers to ensure satisfaction
• BSR's will eventually pick up some Sales capacity in the future state of the role
• Assist customers in Branch when not performing Branch Service Rep responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
