Job summary

Goodwill Southern California seeks a Retail Service & Operations Manager to guide store operations, drive sales and service, and lead a team of Ambassadors. You will work with the Site Manager to meet goals, manage cash, and ensure safety and brand standards across the store.

The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach diverse teams. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused operations.
• Proven ability to manage performance, drive results, and coach diverse teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to achieve store goals in sales, service, payroll, and safety.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty, overseeing opening, closing, and cash management.
• Lead and coach Ambassadors to deliver great customer and donor experiences reflecting RISE values.
• Maintain compliance with safety, loss prevention, and standards.
• Oversee merchandising, signage, and sales floor presentation per guidelines.
• Support donation processing, backroom organization, and production goals.
• Assist with CRM programs and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure clean, safe store environment aligned with brand standards.
• Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and nearby support.
