Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to coach to daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards.
• Support merchandising standards, product knowledge, and Kohl's branding.
• Oversee daily cash handling and transaction processes.
• Maintain stock accuracy and participate in store operations as assigned.
