Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests and teammates at the front of store and on the sales floor.
• Lead and maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the store.
• Respond to and document security incidents accurately.
• Conduct merchandise recoveries and provide apprehension support as needed.
• Perform receipt checks to prevent theft and shortage.
• Document incidents in the system per AP policy and procedures.
