Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift at an Irvine, CA client site. The role requires directing security staff, coordinating with account management, and maintaining high service quality while managing crises.

Pay rate is $26.25 per hour with strong benefits. Excellent communication and reporting skills are essential to deliver reliable security and customer care on site.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must prepare written reports/logs clearly and neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Drivers must have a valid license and safe driving record.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use client-site wireless tech.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift at the assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently; ensure proper incident reporting and logs.
