Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor (Unarmed) for the Irvine, California area. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift, acting as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager, and guiding officers with coaching, recognition, and discipline.

Pay rate is $22.05 per hour for the graveyard shift with excellent benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with all levels.
• Must prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required; driving record checks for driving positions.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless tech.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate with site supervisor, Account Manager, and Field Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Liaise between client site and management to ensure quality service.
• Maintain professional customer service and communication on site.
