Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at client site.
