Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws may apply
• Valid Driver's License with at least 1 year driving experience and clean driving record
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug test may be required
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle crisis and provide exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a shift
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines
• Manage staff on assigned shift and ensure quality service
