Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas Level II Guard License.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols to identify safety risks.
• Engage with the public and respond to calls for service in public spaces.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence and interact with customers.
• Document interactions clearly in written reports and submit promptly.
• Pass on pertinent information to teammates and the client.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism or theft.
• Warn violators of infractions such as loitering or prohibited items.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies by contacting local responders.
• Identify and report safety or security concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure rules and regulations are followed; perform other duties as assigned.
• Support the client and retail partners with a safe environment.
