Job summary

Marksman Security is recruiting a Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service at client properties and assist with access control and patrolling. The role requires physical ability and a clean background.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and a valid Level 2 License, with prior door staff or receptionist experience. On-site positions are available with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as a door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats and other pets/animals.
• Level 2 License required.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk for people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and record data for property management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have a Level 2 License
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
