Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a front desk security officer in Sugar Land to deliver professional customer service to tenants and visitors, maintain logs, and control access points to the property.

You will monitor cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and maintain a safe environment, responding to incidents as needed. The role requires 18+, a GED or high school diploma, a valid License 2, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid License 2.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions including lifting 50+ lbs and foot patrols.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
