Responsibilities

• Security & Patrol: Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity; Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic; Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns; Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems; Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation; Maintain awareness of surroundings at all times.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all post orders, company policies, and safety procedures; Maintain knowledge of emergency response protocols; Inspect property for safety risks; Support loss prevention and recommend safety improvements.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner; Provide directions and support as needed; Maintain a visible, approachable presence on-site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
