Andy Frain Services is seeking a Security Officer (Full-Time) for Tulsa Premium Outlets in Jenks, OK. Location: Tulsa Premium Outlets– Jenks, OK. Pay: $15.60-$16.25/hour. Schedule: 3:00pm – 11:00pm Thu–Mon. Position offers full-time status with benefits.

Responsibilities include patrols, monitoring CCTV, reporting, and ensuring safety. State Guard license required; prior security or CCTV experience preferred. Professional appearance and reliable, punctual work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; background and drug screen; 3–6 months in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV or access systems; State Guard license required.

• Patrol assigned areas or fixed post to monitor activity.
• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents.

LOCATION:

Tulsa Premium Outlets– Jenks, OK

PAY:

$15.60-$16.25/hour

POSITION TYPE:

3:00pm – 11:00pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Security & Patrol

• Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity
• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain knowledge of emergency response protocols
• Inspect property for safety risks (fire hazards, equipment issues, etc.)
• Support loss prevention and recommend safety improvements

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
• Provide directions and support as needed
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence on-site

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay alert and respond calmly in emergency situations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports
• Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
• State Guard license is required.

Preferred

• Prior security or customer-facing experience
• Familiarity with CCTV, alarms, or access control systems
