• Safety & Compliance: Follow post orders and safety procedures; know emergency protocols; inspect property for hazards; support loss prevention.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, employees, visitors; provide directions; maintain a visible on-site presence.

Retail Security Guard (Full-Time)

LOCATION:

Greenwood Park Mall – Greenwood, IN

PAY:

$18.04/hour

POSITION TYPE:
Full-Time

SCHEDULE:

Tuesday - Saturday 12PM - 8PM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Security & Patrol

• Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity
• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic
• Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation
• Maintain awareness of surroundings at all times

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all post orders, company policies, and safety procedures
• Maintain knowledge of emergency response protocols
• Inspect property for safety risks (fire hazards, equipment issues, etc.)
• Support loss prevention and recommend safety improvements

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
• Provide directions and support as needed
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence on-site

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required
