Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a front desk/door staff member to provide excellent customer service at a securing property. You will manage access, monitor cameras and perform patrols to prevent theft and ensure safety.

Candidates should have 18+ years of age, a Level 2 License, and relevant experience in service roles. A drug screen and background check are required; English fluency is essential. This role starts at $16/hour, with benefits listed in the postings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant is required.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats and other pets.
• High School diploma or GED required; Level 2 License required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50+ lbs and patrols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk for people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have a Level 2 License
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
