Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is hiring Security Officers to serve multiple sites in the Humble, TX area. The role includes customer service at front desks, access control, camera monitoring, and incident reporting. Candidates must meet licensing and background requirements and be able to perform physical duties in varying conditions.

Positions available full-time and part-time with various shifts. Starting pay is $15.97 per hour, with benefits including insurance and paid time off, and

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must have a Level 2 License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to meet physical essential functions (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, weather).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk for people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents and record data for property management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hiring for multiple sites — full-time, part-time, and all shifts.

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have a Level 2 License
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
