• Acknowledge customers entering/exiting the store in a professional manner.
• Be aware of anyone entering with large bags or backpacks.
• Check all boxes leaving the store.
• Record incidents in a shift log and report to management.
• Report safety hazards or suspicious activity to the on‑duty manager.
