Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store position at BOS-Wareham, MA. You will help customers shop, provide a fast checkout experience, and assist with unloading trucks and stocking to keep the store well-merchandised.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, assisting with BOPIS/SFS, and following SOPs to ensure a smooth operation in a climate-controlled retail environment. Must be at least 16 years old. Base pay range listed suggests hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
