Job summary

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess invites a proactive Seasonal Retail Supervisor to lead our pop-up kiosks during Christmas at the Princess. You will oversee seasonal sales associates, coach daily, and report to the Senior Supervisor team and Retail Management to ensure top guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales or supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must hold valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and AZ Liquor Server Certification
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing seasonal kiosk team
• Provide daily coaching to maximize sales performance
• Set clear expectations around behavior, productivity, and guest experience
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for seasonal associates
• Maintain a consistent leadership presence on the sales floor
• Execute opening/closing tasks, break schedules, and daily kiosk readiness
• Oversee product pulls and ensure timely restocking of merchandise
• Collect and manage retail commissions, mark-out lists, and pull sheets
• Maintain strong communication across the team for shift and sales updates
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address issues in real time

This role supervises seasonal sales associates and reports to both theSenior Supervisor teamandRetail Management.

Daily Operations

• Maintain a consistent leadership presence on the sales floor
• Execute opening/closing tasks, break schedules, and daily kiosk readiness
• Oversee product pulls and ensure timely restocking of merchandise
• Collect and manage retail commissions, mark-out lists, and pull sheets
• Maintain strong communication across the team for shift and sales updates
• Expect to work 5 days/40+ hours per week

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand or walk for 7+ hours per shift
• Able to lift and push up to 50 lbs; reach, bend, and climb ladders as needed

• Enforce policies and procedures including Loss Prevention and safety
• Ensure full OSHA compliance and a safe, guest-ready environment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales or supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
