Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Lead Supervisor to oversee the holiday event operations, ensuring safety, guest satisfaction, and exceptional service for 250,000+ guests. This role directs staff, coordinates operations, and maintains high standards across all departments during the October–January season.

Are you ready to lead the most magical time of the year? The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Lead Supervisor to help create a safe, festive, and unforgettable experience for more than 250,000 Christmas guests during our annual holiday event.

As a Lead Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the event, providing leadership and direction to staff while ensuring exceptional guest service, safety, and operational excellence.
