Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Seasonal Retail Supervisor to lead our pop-up kiosks during the Christmas at the Princess event. You will supervise seasonal sales associates, recruit and train the team, and report to Senior Supervisor team and Retail Management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
• Must hold Maricopa County Food Handler Card and AZ Liquor Server Certification.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing seasonal kiosk team.
• Provide daily coaching to maximize individual and team sales performance.
• Set clear expectations around behavior, productivity, and guest experience.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for seasonal associates.

TheSeasonal Retail Supervisorplays a key leadership role in managing all aspects of ourpop-up retail kiosksduring the highly anticipatedChristmas at the Princessevent. This role supervises seasonal sales associates and reports to both theSenior Supervisor teamandRetail Management.

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing seasonal kiosk team
• Provide daily coaching to maximize individual and team sales performance
• Set clear expectations around behavior, productivity, and guest experience
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for seasonal associates

Daily Operations

• Maintain a consistent leadership presence on the sales floor
• Execute opening/closing tasks, break schedules, and daily kiosk readiness
• Oversee product pulls and ensure timely restocking of merchandise
• Collect and manage retail commissions, mark-out lists, and pull sheets
• Maintain strong communication across the team for shift and sales updates
• Expect to work 5 days/40+ hours per week

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand or walk for 7+ hours per shift
• Able to lift and push up to 50 lbs; reach, bend, and climb ladders as needed

• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address issues in real time
• Partner with Sales Leads and Senior Supervisors to execute initiatives
• Enforce policies and procedures including Loss Prevention and safety
• Ensure full OSHA compliance and a safe, guest-ready environment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales or supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
