As a Retail Sales Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices
• Representing Asurion and delivering personalized customer experiences
• Enhancing customer experience with our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ approach, promoting Asurion Connected Home products
• Upselling Asurion products and achieving sales targets
• Supporting market needs based on store requirements
• Multitasking efficiently in a dynamic retail setting
• Managing your own priorities and workflow

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience
• 6 months of experience in product support or tech repair (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Successful background check (criminal and drug test)
