Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) to support the store leadership and drive sales, customer service, and operations. You will lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, assist in training and developing a successful sales team, and ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.

You will act as a liaison between customers, staff, and store management, and help with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate with customers, team members, management and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning, and inventory returns.
