Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Los Angeles to assist both back-of-house and front-of-house operations. You will help with unpacking/packing, stock room organization, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The role includes POS support and daily store tasks.

The position is part-time, offering $18-$20 per hour and requires 24–30 hours per week with a minimum 3-day availability. Join a brand focused on collaboration, inclusivity, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in retail stock, logistics, and/or customer service.
• Able to commit to 24–30 hours per week across at least 3 days.
• Familiarity with POS transactions and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and brand representation.
• Handle POS transactions and customer payments.
• Support Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Aim to meet store and metric goals.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store atmosphere.
