Job summary

rag & bone, Inc. in New York is seeking a part-time Sales Support Associate to assist both back-of-house and front-of-house operations. You will help with packing, stock organization, phones, and policy execution while also serving customers at the register and aiding with alterations and repairs.

The role focuses on efficient product flow and a best-in-class customer experience, with_hours 24-30 per week and a minimum 3-day availability. Generous employee discounts apply.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, and/or customer service
• Ability to support both back-of-house and front-of-house operations
• Comfort with POS systems and routine store processes

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation
• Assist with inventory and stock management
• Ensure maximum storage capacity across product and supply categories
• Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies
• Support the sales team with customer service, POS, repairs, and alterations
• Maintain knowledge of BOH/FOH IT systems and policies
• Meet store and metric goals and uphold brand mission
• Assist Visual Merchandising with floor sets and window changes
